Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Retention Account Executive position offers exceptional opportunities for sales skill development and career growth within a company that generates over $17 billion in revenue. DISH provides comprehensive training, development, and tools to ensure success.

  • Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, assessing each customer's needs and offering the best value.
  • Demonstrate resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges, maintaining focus on larger goals.
  • Effectively manage time and be open to learning new methods, with a focus on advancing as a sales contributor.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer information, including demographic and billing details.
