Job Overview

Bourbon Steak, a premier American steakhouse, seeks an exceptional Executive Chef to lead its culinary team. As a key member of the Mina Group, this role requires a refined chef with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all culinary operations, providing guidance and mentorship to kitchen staff.
  • Develop seasonal menus and specials, working closely with the general manager and corporate culinary teams.
  • Supervise and coordinate planning, training, and leadership to achieve sales, cost, employee retention, guest service, and food quality objectives.
  • Collaborate with corporate chefs and HR to develop internship programs that promote diversity, education, and discipline.
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in a fine dining high-volume kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols, HR practices, and labor laws.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and work in excess of 40 hours per week.
  • Spanish language skills a plus.
