Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact? Become part of an organization dedicated to transforming lives for over four decades.

As a Christian non-profit, Prison Fellowship empowers churches and communities—both inside and outside of correctional facilities—to aid in the restoration of individuals affected by incarceration. We equip correctional leaders, volunteers, and incarcerated individuals to foster rehabilitative environments; advocate for a more restorative justice system; and collaborate with local service providers to support former inmates, their families, and their communities.

  • Manage and develop case files and performance agreements; collaborate with staff on release strategies.
  • Design, oversee, and adjust the master schedule for all Academy activities, including volunteer management.
  • Screen and assign volunteer educators and facilitators.
  • Foster and sustain positive working relationships within the correctional environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to develop case plans and manage program participants within a correctional setting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with at-risk populations, including incarcerated individuals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and experience.
  • Training and expertise in substance abuse and recovery processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements or approved exceptions may be necessary.

What We Offer:

At Prison Fellowship, we prioritize the overall well-being of our employees. Our comprehensive benefits for full-time staff include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement funding, flexible spending accounts, and generous paid maternity and parental leave. Part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week may be eligible for select benefits on a pro-rated basis.

We provide a collaborative, mission-driven work environment with access to advanced technology solutions and significant opportunities for professional growth and development.
