Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and keep clients informed about their vehicle's status.
- Coordinate repair processes with team leaders to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee service orders and manage the flow of the Drive Lane.
- Ensure a positive customer experience, leaving clients satisfied.
- Offer concierge-level support for all customer inquiries.
- Effectively allocate tasks among technicians and ensure their time is utilized efficiently for service customers.
- Maintain a high Customer Success Index.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and procure necessary parts.
- Manage warranty claims and supervise service department personnel.
- Adhere to company policies and promote compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership, preferably with domestic brands.
- Strong organizational abilities and a personable demeanor.
- Demonstrated capability to lead others and work independently.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- A proven track record of service and sales achievements.
- A collaborative and self-driven attitude.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
