As a Christian non-profit, Prison Fellowship is committed to training and inspiring communities—both within and outside correctional facilities—to support the restoration of individuals affected by incarceration. We empower correctional leaders, volunteers, and incarcerated individuals to foster rehabilitative environments in prisons; advocate for a more restorative approach to criminal justice; and collaborate with local churches and service providers to assist former inmates, their families, and their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at the St. Bride's Correctional Institution for men, ensuring effective program management.
- Utilize 7+ years of program management experience, including budgeting and staff oversight.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, leveraging 3+ years of experience in team development.
- Deliver engaging classroom curricula using innovative teaching methods and provide comprehensive case planning for program participants.
- Recruit, interview, and select program participants and volunteers to cultivate a positive and supportive environment.
- Maintain strong communication with the Department of Correction to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with wardens, corrections staff, and other stakeholders to address special program needs.

At Prison Fellowship, we prioritize the overall well-being of our employees. Our comprehensive benefits for full-time staff include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement funding, flexible spending accounts, and generous paid leave starting at 39 days annually (including holidays, vacation, and sick days). Part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week may also access select benefits on a pro-rated basis.

Compensation: Salary for this position is projected to range between $61,000 and $70,000, determined by various factors.
