Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Senior Program Manager to oversee daily operations at a correctional facility focused on men's rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of program management experience, including budgeting and team leadership, alongside a minimum of 3 years in team development. A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to implement educational programs utilizing effective teaching methodologies and provide comprehensive case management for participants.
- Experience in recruiting and selecting program participants and volunteers to cultivate a constructive and supportive environment.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure effective coordination and adherence to correctional policies and procedures, along with the ability to collaborate with facility staff.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with volunteers, facility personnel, and various stakeholders.

Part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week may also access select benefits on a pro-rated basis. Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive and is determined based on various factors, with a projected range between $61,000 and $70,000.
