Our mission is to empower churches and communities, both inside and outside of correctional institutions, to support the restoration of individuals affected by incarceration. We work tirelessly to enhance the rehabilitative nature of prisons, advocate for a restorative justice system, and collaborate with local service providers to assist former inmates and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the implementation of educational programs using innovative teaching methodologies.
- Managing case planning and support for program participants.
- Recruiting and selecting volunteers and participants to cultivate a positive and supportive environment.
- Ensuring effective communication and compliance with correctional policies.
- Building strong relationships with correctional staff and other stakeholders to facilitate program needs.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, including budgeting and staff oversight.
- At least 3 years of experience in team development and leadership.
- A bachelor's degree in social sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation:
