Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity available for an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team in Miami, FL.
The Employee Benefits Account Executive will work closely with clients and producers to service new and existing accounts, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires the ability to manage and retain existing business, pursue new opportunities, and develop customer service plans that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain existing book of business, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Develop and implement customer service plans to meet the needs of our clients
- Provide exceptional customer relations with all levels of client decision-makers and technical representatives
- Negotiate with company underwriters to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and requirements
- Schedule and conduct open enrollment meetings and other group events, such as Health Fairs
- Remain current on industry trends, new product development, legislation, coverage, and technology
Requirements:
- Four years of insurance experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Life and Health License or obtaining it within 3 months maximum
