Old Tucson Entertainment LLC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Supervisor to oversee and maintain all technical elements of our productions and facilities under the entertainment department. This includes contributing technical expertise and creativity for sound, lighting, scenic carpentry, scenic art, properties, wardrobe, makeup, special effects, and animatronics during shows.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Entertainment Leadership team to ensure seamless integration of technical and creative elements across all productions and events.
- Operate, maintain, and safeguard the technical assets on the property, including supervising the use of lighting, sound, communications equipment, and the use and maintenance of stage facilities.
- Supervise the safe use of all OTE technical facilities in accordance with accepted industry standards.
- Lead the recruitment of local crew for load-in, load-out, and run of events and day-to-day park operations.
- Manage the scheduling, training, and workflow of all technicians.
- Minimum of 5 years' work experience in leadership roles in technical theatre or other live events and facilities.
- Experience in amusement park entertainment operations preferred.
- Strong ability to creatively problem-solve unique challenges in a live entertainment environment.
- Operational knowledge of sophisticated theatrical facilities and equipment.
- Working knowledge of construction and set design.
