Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment Leadership team to ensure seamless integration of technical and creative elements across all productions and events.
  • Operate, maintain, and safeguard the technical assets on the property, including supervising the use of lighting, sound, communications equipment, and the use and maintenance of stage facilities.
  • Supervise the safe use of all OTE technical facilities in accordance with accepted industry standards.
  • Lead the recruitment of local crew for load-in, load-out, and run of events and day-to-day park operations.
  • Manage the scheduling, training, and workflow of all technicians.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' work experience in leadership roles in technical theatre or other live events and facilities.
  • Experience in amusement park entertainment operations preferred.
  • Strong ability to creatively problem-solve unique challenges in a live entertainment environment.
  • Operational knowledge of sophisticated theatrical facilities and equipment.
  • Working knowledge of construction and set design.
