Clinical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Supervisor to join our team at Tucson Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of personnel involved in various clinical areas, ensuring that patients' needs are met and evaluating care provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel in clinical areas
- Verify that patients' needs are met and evaluate care provided
- Assign duties to professional and auxiliary personnel
- Oversee maintenance of patient clinical records and compile reports on medical services rendered
- Maintain established inventory standards for solutions, supplies, and equipment
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and six (6) years of relevant experience
- Four (4) years of related experience; preferably in a lead or supervisory role
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's Degree in Information Resources and Library Sciences
