Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints across various support channels (telephone, chat, email, video calls).
  • Deliver technical assistance regarding product applications, installations, and usage, including software setup.
  • Configure and troubleshoot accounts on our BinCloud software platform.
  • Oversee the return and repair processes for electronic and electromechanical devices, collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (5+ years preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in computer systems, software applications, and network architectures.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Experience with general testing equipment is preferred.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., including climbing ladders.
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments, including heights.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (estimated at 5%).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
