We are in search of a Wholesale Equipment Account Manager who will be crucial in broadening our wholesale operations, particularly focusing on espresso machines and coffee equipment.
Your knowledge of coffee equipment will be vital in guiding clients through their purchasing choices, ensuring they acquire the most suitable equipment for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and sustain relationships with wholesale clients, including coffee shops, restaurants, and retailers.
2. Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance our wholesale distribution network.
3. Provide product expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the appropriate espresso machines and equipment for their requirements.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with wholesale partners to optimize profitability.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to remain ahead of industry developments.
7. Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and customer service, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Pro Coffee Gear and network with potential wholesale partners.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales or wholesale, with a minimum of three years in a relevant role.
2. Demonstrated achievements in previous sales or wholesale positions, such as meeting or exceeding sales targets, successfully launching new products, or expanding client bases.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. A good understanding of espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment is a plus.
