Job Title: Senior Manager of Technical Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Technical Sales to join our team at FPC - FORTUNE PERSONNEL CONSULTANTS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales process for our equipment and tooling solutions in the plastics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to provide expert advice and guidance to customers on equipment selection and configuration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the plastics manufacturing industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and sales pitches to customers and prospects.
Requirements:
  • 5-15 years of technical sales experience in the plastics manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on knowledge of injection molding machines or plastic extrusion.
  • Knowledge of mechanical recycling (e.g., shredding and grinding plastic materials) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to apply technical knowledge to business development and provide customized equipment solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Engineering preferred.
