Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and confident leader who takes pride in every day work, and understands the standards of service and hospitality. A candidate who exemplifies our core values, always striving for perfection and committing to excellence. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for controlling day-to-day operations and ensuring all products are consistent with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a large team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Experience managing in fast-paced, high volume restaurants and leading a large team
  • Full time flexibility and availability is required
  • Ability to work well under pressure, while quickly finding solutions to any issues that arise and having excellent project execution
  • Confident financial acumen - having the ability to read and interpret financial statements
  • Ability to lead, train and develop a team
