Restaurant Manager Opportunity at St. Anselm

St. Anselm, an American tavern affiliated with STARR Restaurants, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. As a Restaurant Manager at St. Anselm, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of progressive management experience in a well-rated restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
