You are skilled in your profession, yet you seek to contribute to a larger mission. You understand that while individual strengths are valuable, a cohesive team can achieve remarkable outcomes.

About Us.

We are part of SCL Health, a nonprofit healthcare organization driven by faith, committed to delivering person-centered care. With multiple locations across the region, we provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty healthcare services.

We prioritize your health and well-being, offering a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. We recognize that health encompasses physical, mental, and social aspects, which is why we have initiated a Healthy Living program designed to support your holistic wellness. This program includes financial incentives, digital resources, wellness classes, counseling, and paid time off, alongside tools for financial wellness and retirement planning.

  • Coordinating patient appointments for various services, including visits, procedures, and consultations.
  • Registering patients by confirming and updating necessary demographic information.
  • Collecting insurance information and verifying coverage details, including pre-certification and coordination of benefits.
  • Informing self-pay patients about their financial responsibilities and assisting with payment arrangements.
  • Processing patient payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Preparing medical records for appointments by compiling necessary documentation.

Your Qualifications.

We value individuals over resumes, yet we seek excellence in our candidates. Therefore, we require:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a medical or related field is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
