Key Responsibilities:

Your Role Will Include...

  • Mastering the ResWare operating system
  • Contacting various parties to confirm and authenticate wire transfer details, ensuring all precautions are taken to mitigate potential fraud
  • Initiating and reviewing outgoing wire transfers through various platforms, including banking websites, and processing incoming checks
  • Conducting quality assurance checks for outgoing wire transfers and check payments across diverse transaction types
  • Managing physical checks, including voiding and halting payments for outgoing checks
