Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Information Technology/Digital Apps Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web-based applications in Sitecore, using your expertise in test planning, management, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute high-quality automated test scripts for regression and functional testing using Cypress.
  • Develop and maintain regression test suites according to company/team guidelines.
  • Actively contribute to the team's test automation strategy and coverage based on software quality assurance best practices and latest industry standards.
  • Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.
  • Identify and report defects, track issues, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work with the test cases backlog to actively replace manual testing with test automation based on test principles.
  • Actively demonstrate software quality assurance best practices throughout product development and maintenance.
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of software quality assurance experience.
  • Experience testing high-volume e-commerce sites.
  • Good knowledge in test planning and management of test strategy, test plan, and test cases.
  • Good experience in implementing UI automation using Cypress or another JavaScript-based framework.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Experience with CD/CI pipelines.
  • Experience with version control systems.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with TestRail.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Yaml pipeline editor.
  • Experience in implementing Web API tests, e.g., Postman or equivalent.
  • Good experience in Agile and Scrum ceremonies best practices.
