We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing quality assurance oversight, support, and consultation for technical engineering, design, analysis, and/or nuclear safety related work.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and evaluate the implementation of the quality assurance program
- Communicate quality information and trends to stakeholders
- Contribute to a broad cross-section of product lines and interfaces with all parts of the technical and support communities
- Understand and be technically knowledgeable in multiple engineering disciplines
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science related field and 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or science related field and 7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills- Experience performing assessments, inspections, evaluations or audits of procedures or processes against requirements

Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is $103,100.00 to $161,100.00, based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
