Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, and develop tailored treatment plans to address individual communication needs.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group sessions, to support their academic and social success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Texas state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
