Your primary responsibility will be to assist children in making progress; we take care of everything else, from treatment planning to scheduling. When you arrive, you will find organized materials prepared for your sessions, allowing you to engage meaningfully with your clients in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing tailored treatment strategies for children during individual therapy sessions addressing various speech and reading challenges
- Documenting session details through SOAP notes and discussing them with parents
- Providing guidance and education to parents to facilitate therapy at home through various exercises and activities
- Contributing to a high-functioning, collaborative office atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders
- Licensed SLP in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Availability for after-school hours two evenings per week (4 PM - 7 PM, Monday to Friday) with optional Saturday hours
- Outstanding clinical and communication abilities
- A genuine passion for working with children and their families
- Capability and enthusiasm to engage with children of all ages and disorders
- Creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to acquire new skills
- Personal transportation to the clinic
