Join Our Team:
Rehab at Home Healthcare Services is actively seeking a dedicated Lead Speech Language Pathologist.

Position Overview:
As a Lead Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supervising our team of professionals. We are looking for someone who is available for part-time (minimum of 20 hours) or full-time work, possesses a strong eagerness to enhance their skills and advance their career, and has a basic understanding of home health practices.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Texas.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Experience in home care settings is preferred.
  • Pediatric experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in feeding therapy is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentoring and supporting new graduates and full-time staff.
  • Overseeing a team of up to 4 SLP-Assistants.
  • Providing guidance to Clinical Fellows and supervising their practice under your license.
  • Delivering services as prescribed by physicians according to the care plan.
  • Participating in the recruitment process for SLP positions.
