Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor

Position Overview:
Rehab at Home Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor to enhance our team.

Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to professional development and a desire to advance their career in the field of speech-language pathology. Candidates should be available for part-time (minimum of 20 hours) or full-time work and have some experience in home health settings.


Qualifications Required:
  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Valid Texas State License as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current Texas Driver's License
  • Preferred experience in home care settings
  • Pediatric and feeding therapy experience are advantageous but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to new graduates and full-time staff.
  • Supervise a team of up to 4 SLP-Assistants.
  • Mentor Clinical Fellows and oversee their practice under your license.
  • Deliver services as directed by physicians in accordance with the established care plan.
  • Participate in the interview process for new SLP candidates.
