Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students' communication skills and academic success in a dynamic school environment. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives and contribute to their overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs and goals, focusing on areas such as articulation, phonology, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a school or clinical environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving positive outcomes.
