Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team at Lessen. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, residents, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Respond to messages from clients, residents, and vendors, and take actions to move work orders towards completion.
- Vendor Management: Outbound phone calls to vendors to confirm their capacity and ability to complete jobs within the required timeframe.
- Resident Engagement: Outbound communications with residents via phone, email, and text to keep them updated on the status of their work orders.
- Work Order Qualification: Check for duplicates, vendor warranties, client direction, and resident responsibility to ensure accurate and efficient processing of work orders.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, contribute to open forums, and review policy and procedure updates to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Critical Thinking: Possess critical thinking skills to make fast-paced decisions and complete 100-120 follow-up tasks per day.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures as measured by a weekly quality assurance check.
- Resourcefulness: Be resourceful and know when to reference internal knowledge bases for client-specific business rules and when to reach out to management and other departments for guidance.
- High Level of Care: Provide a high level of care for our partners, including residents, clients, and vendors.
- Adaptability: Adapt to change on a weekly basis due to client needs or updates to our technology.
- Education: Possess a high school diploma, with an associate's or undergraduate degree preferred.
