  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and concerns via our support portal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support for customers.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and investigate technical issues.
  • Utilize various tools to manage internal processes and information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to distill solutions from multiple sources.
  • Experience working in a customer service role.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
