Customer Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and concerns via our support portal.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support for customers.
- Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and investigate technical issues.
- Utilize various tools to manage internal processes and information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to distill solutions from multiple sources.
- Experience working in a customer service role.
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
