Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Primoris Pipeline, Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple pipeline projects from planning and design to successful completion and commissioning. This includes delivering projects safely, on-time, on-budget, and ensuring they meet all project goals and objectives in accordance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from planning and design to successful completion and commissioning
  • Lead cross-functional project team meetings to communicate project status and escalate risks and concerns
  • Oversee project cost, including tracking, forecasting, and monitoring labor and other direct costs
  • Prepare and review project progress reports for stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project KPIs, schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract, and risk
  • Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan to ensure project alignment with client standards and methods
  • Engage with and manage project relationships with stakeholders
  • Coordinate project interfaces and ensure consideration at all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage client relationships
  • Work with technical teams to coordinate design consultants and external service providers
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management procedures and tools
  • Maintain the project risk register and engage in decision and risk management
  • Apply project management principles to deliver commitments on time and on budget while minimizing risk
  • Manage the change control process and ensure effective communication with the team and client
Requirements
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the pipeline, facilities, and civil dirt work arena
  • Construction management or engineering degree preferred
