Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Register guests, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests throughout their stay, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Close guest accounts, balance cash banks, and maintain accurate records.
- Operate front office systems, including the property management system, to ensure seamless guest service and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Marriott experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
