Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with communication and language development needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to students' unique requirements.
  • Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies to promote effective communication and language skills.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • California SLPA licensure or eligibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
