About the Role

The Employee Connect is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
  • Administer standardized tests to accurately diagnose communication disorders
  • Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients, ensuring effective progress and outcomes
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports, maintaining accurate records
  • Communicate patient progress to relevant parties, ensuring seamless collaboration
  • Conduct ongoing research to stay up-to-date on related speech and language problems, enhancing your expertise

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in speech pathology or related fields, with a strong understanding of communication disorders
  • Familiarity with industry-standard practices and protocols
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
  • Positive and patient demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
  • Masters degree in Communication, with a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology

Compensation is based on experience, and we welcome new graduates to apply. A one-year contract is required, with the option to renew annually.
