The Supervisor/Referral Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing daily staffing assignments and operational levels within the organization. This position is responsible for providing guidance, orientation, training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Provide direction and training to staff, fostering professional development and growth.
- Assess and maintain the quality of services provided, implementing staff development programs as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Step in to perform staff duties as required to meet service demands.
- Lead the resolution of complex issues and complaints, ensuring effective problem-solving.
- Maintain proficiency in all operational areas to support and guide staff effectively.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience:
Experience in medical front office supervision is preferred for the Front Office Supervisor role. Clinical experience is preferred for the Clinical Lead position. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
Required Skills:
This role demands critical thinking abilities, decisive judgment, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must be adept at functioning in a high-pressure environment and responding appropriately to challenges.
