Remote Program Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to join our team at EWINGS ASSOCIATES, INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall communication, management, and accountability for meeting all targets and commitments made in the QIN-QIO Submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality improvement goals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for improving healthcare outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality improvement principles, practices, and models, as well as experience in project management and team leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, or related healthcare field preferred; master's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in quality improvement within a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience reviewing and creating improvement plans utilizing statistical healthcare data.

The salary for this role is approximately $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
