Job Summary

This role supports the head coach in developing and implementing training regimens for the school's soccer program. The assistant coach will assist in planning and organizing practice sessions and competitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the soccer program, including preparing players for interscholastic competition through practice and teaching fundamental skills.
  • Review eligibility forms and submit them to the Student Activities Director.
  • Collect health physical forms and monitor student academic progress.
  • Assist in cleaning, storing, and properly caring for team equipment.
  • Foster good school-community relations by keeping the community informed and engaged with the athletic program.
  • Organize pre-season meetings with parents and help prepare daily practice schedules.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the soccer program through previous experience as a coach and/or player.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $2,550.11 per season. Please note that this is an hourly/temporary position with minimal travel required.
