Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective leadership-based management of program with an emphasis on high-quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, along with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders. Alternatively, they may have an Associate's Degree and two years of experience in a similar role, or a High School Diploma/GED and hold a CSAC-A certification from the Virginia Board of Counseling.
