Executive Talent Acquisition Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at Lumen Inc. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the executive recruitment process and developing effective strategies to attract and retain top-tier executive talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to enhance our talent brand and grow our external talent marketplace
- Provide consultant-level talent advisory services to leaders for talent acquisition excellence
- Regularly interact with senior-level executives and other key stakeholders to obtain timely and accurate hiring plans
- Drive a data-driven recruiting organization by developing recruiting metrics and analytics
- Anticipate and strategize for unexpected turns in hiring levels to ensure on-time ramp and de-ramp implementation
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top executive talent
- Collaborate with the HR Solutions Team, Talent Management, Compensation, and other HR COEs to ensure end-to-end talent strategies are best in class
- Support overall Talent Acquisition cost control and lead, develop, and execute recruiter performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in executive recruitment or a similar leadership role with a track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates
- 10+ years of leading Talent Acquisition/Executive Talent Acquisition experience
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates
- Critical skills include negotiating and influencing senior-level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization
- Demonstrated strong analytic skills with a proven track record of using data and metrics to evaluate needs, drive change, and measure impact
- Highly effective and timely decision-making on significant financial matters and performance matters
- Proven delivery of creative and innovative approaches to problem-solving
