About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Consultant to join our team at Nexus Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide competent and friendly advice to our customers, addressing their commercial and technical queries.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal and external sales teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales promotion measures to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
Requirements
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have relevant experience in customer consulting.
  • You possess strong commercial and technical understanding, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • You have experience working with MS Office products and are proficient in using technology to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • You present yourself in a friendly and professional manner, both on the phone and in person.
  • You are a team player, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate a sense of responsibility.
