Sales Professional

NUCKOLLS is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our organization. With 120 years of experience in the industry, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our process, develop relationships with existing clients, and lead a small team to achieve sales goals. As you master our systems and process, you'll be well-positioned for advancement to the Agency Director role.
The compensation package includes a weekly salary of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year, making this a highly attractive opportunity for sales professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing efforts.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
