  • **Project Planning and Management**: Responsible for planning, project management, coordination, and implementation of our charging infrastructure projects (e-mobility) in the B2B-large and eTransport customer segments.
  • **Independent Project Handling**: Independent handling of projects, from the customer's contract signature (interface sales) to technical commissioning (interface operations) and billing of the construction project.
  • **Sales Support**: Support the sales team in creating charging infrastructure concepts and evaluating technical feasibility (accompanying the project in the sales phase).
  • **Service Provider Management**: Review, commission, and management of internal and external service providers from the electrical and civil engineering trades to ensure timely project implementation within budget.
  • **On-Site Visits and Supervision**: Regular on-site visits and supervision of construction projects.
  • **Data Maintenance**: CRM-based data maintenance in contract and customer data, as well as in the project.
  • **Backend System Maintenance**: Data maintenance in the backend system, including preparation for commissioning, which is then carried out by operations.
  • **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction during project implementation.
  • **Process Development**: Support in the continuous development of project management, including related (IT) processes.
