Customer Service Account Manager

Allied National Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at our corporate office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and providing top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vendor services via phone and respond to customer service requests to ensure services meet client and company requirements.
  • Ensure daily attendance of employees and schedule special services over the phone.
  • Pre and post-confirm special services over the phone and respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Update CRM software and follow up on equipment repairs and service issues over the phone.
  • Process contractor invoices and locate, vet, hire, and process new contractors and employees.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction in an office setting.
  • Strong work history and superior multi-tasking skills.
  • Assertive, confident, and good judgment to make sound decisions based on business needs.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment and solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and strong ability to pay attention to detail.
