Customer Service Manager

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient service at the front of lines, assisting management in communicating promotions and company updates, and monitoring and validating returns, exchanges, and other transactions.

- Monitor and validate returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and other transactions
- Support training for service team members
