Job Overview

Position: Lead IT Systems Analyst

ROLE
We are seeking a Lead IT Systems Analyst to join our team at West 4th Strategy. This role is essential for overseeing the management and enhancement of IT systems that support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of services, including asset management coordination, processing system changes, and providing technical support to users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Duties:

  • Direct the setup, operation, and upkeep of sophisticated computer systems.
  • Perform in-depth systems analysis and offer suggestions for system enhancements.
  • Manage security assessments and reporting to ensure system integrity.
  • Provide specialized support for SharePoint and other IT systems.
  • Analyze and compile cost and technical data for current and future IT needs.
  • Coordinate asset orders with designated points of contact.
  • Conduct asset management and reconciliation using the relevant enterprise tools.
  • Process requests for system changes and ensure prompt execution.
  • Address service requests and escalate issues when necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive experience in IT systems analysis and support roles, ideally within a defense context.
  • Strong background in configuring, deploying, and maintaining complex IT systems.
  • Proficient in conducting security assessments and ensuring compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise asset management tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Full-time position with standard working hours.
