Role Summary:
The Small Business Banker is tasked with delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small enterprises with annual revenues up to $5 million. This role involves actively nurturing and expanding relationships with high-value clients. Key responsibilities encompass:
- Enhancing the profitability of the small business customer base.
- Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Opening core small business accounts while adhering to established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete client journey to address needs and capitalize on sales opportunities while managing risk.
- Identify and refer specialized small business solutions to clients, conducting thorough relationship reviews.
- Provide a premium customer experience by spending a minimum of 80% of time in the field.
- Build relationships with key partners to enhance small business opportunities.
- Utilize credit knowledge to advise small business owners on services and solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Support the execution of the sales model to achieve performance targets and growth in the Small Business segment.
