Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team as a Medical Director at StoneCrest Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading our medical staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Leadership: Provide medical direction and oversight to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
  • Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive psychiatric services to children and adolescents, including diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement business strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor our medical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and team performance.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) required.
  • Certification: Board certified in Psychiatry required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Medical Director or similar leadership role preferred.
