We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Agent to join our esteemed team at LINE DC. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate a friendly demeanor, a passion for hospitality, and a proactive approach to security.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues across various departments.
- Ensure guests enjoy a secure and pleasant experience in alignment with our standards of excellence.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to safeguard guests, employees, and hotel assets.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding safety and security, assisting guests and staff as needed.
- Act decisively in emergencies, including fire, medical situations, severe weather, and evacuations.
- Initiate and manage investigations related to incidents affecting property and individuals.
- Provide assistance to guests and employees in distress, ensuring proper documentation of incidents.
- Monitor and document all security-related activities, including incident reports and follow-ups.
- Remain vigilant for any suspicious activity around the premises.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the hotel to ensure safety compliance.
- Encourage adherence to safe work practices among all staff.
- Handle security communications and respond to calls with urgency and professionalism.
- Monitor security feeds for unusual occurrences and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic administrative tasks related to security operations.
- Address all service issues reported by guests with a sense of ownership.
- Stay alert to safety concerns throughout the hotel environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
- Comply with all operational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Be knowledgeable about safety protocols and emergency procedures, including OSHA regulations.
