ResponsibilitiesAcquisition Management

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Management Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support in the preparation of documentation for Acquisition Programs in accordance with DoDI 5000 series requirements. This includes ensuring regular updates are incorporated into these documents, once approved as appropriate.

The contractor shall ensure compliance with Clinger-Cohen Act requirements, Acquisition Decision Memoranda, Capability Implementation Plans, Capability Support Plans, and Termination and Disposal Plans.

Program Management

The Acquisition Management Analyst will also provide guidance to develop schedules and artifacts to meet ACQ information requirements, considering statutes and regulations affecting day-to-day program management activities. This includes maintaining ACQ Compliance Schedules in a central repository.

The successful candidate will analyze and provide feedback to ACQ documents to ensure critical information needs are met in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.

Communication and Collaboration

The Acquisition Management Analyst will serve as a liaison between SDD and other necessary organizations in support of ACQ Program compliance. This includes coordinating with DoD Chief Information Officer, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), DHA Office of the Component Acquisition Executive, and DHA Portfolio Resource Management Division.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain templates and process assets associated with AAF Compliance and associated reporting efforts.

Reporting and Compliance

The Acquisition Management Analyst will schedule and facilitate regular SDD In Progress Reviews, ad-hoc IPRs, and other leadership reviews as requested. The contractor will coordinate associated read-ahead materials and produce meeting minutes and action items.

The successful candidate will track taskings or action items resulting from approved decisions to closure.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly qualified Acquisition Management Analyst with a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of project experience. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience with DoD Acquisition management processes, tools, and techniques. PMP certification is preferred.

The Acquisition Management Analyst will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well with a team and execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
