Role Overview

The Customer Solutions Specialist plays a vital role in the daily operations and customer success of our agency. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Sell insurance policies to both cold and warm leads using product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets is essential.
  • Engaging in sales conversations is a must.
