THE ROLE

The Retail Operations Supervisor is accountable for the overall management of retail stores and kiosks. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and seeks innovative methods to operate effectively and efficiently. The Retail Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Merchandise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Oversee game day concourse and daily retail operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all security, control, and safety protocols established by Legends.
  • Manage store setups and product levels in all remote locations with attention to detail.
  • Facilitate and conduct month-end physical inventory counts.
  • Coordinate the setup, takedown, and logistical aspects of product movement.
  • Address staffing requirements for both game day and non-game day operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming merchandise, sales, promotions, and policies regarding payments and exchanges.
  • Train and mentor new associates on daily responsibilities.
  • Assist in data-driven purchasing decisions.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by the Director of Merchandise.
