Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to step into the role of Warehouse Operations Supervisor at T-ROC, a leader in the gaming industry. In this position, you will oversee the management of our warehouse and ensure a seamless flow of inventory to various retail outlets. Your leadership will be crucial in driving inventory performance and guiding a team of Field Representatives responsible for maintaining our kiosks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management and safeguard the security of stock within the warehouse.
- Lead and develop a team of two or more Field Merchandising Representatives.
- Assist Field Merchandisers with the following tasks:
- Traveling to local retailers to replenish kiosk inventory.
- Ordering products that are low or out of stock.
- Receiving and dispatching inventory.
- Performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on kiosks.
- Reporting any issues related to kiosks or inventory.
- Building strong relationships with retailers during each visit.
- Ensuring kiosks are maintained to high standards (clean, defect-free, and well-presented).
- Transporting inventory from the warehouse to retail locations using company vehicles.
- Responding to dispatch requests through a work order system during scheduled shifts.
- Maintaining the exterior of kiosks (cleaning, painting, and repairs).
- Securing all company merchandise and ensuring kiosks are properly locked.
- Loading and unloading products from vehicles, retailers, and the warehouse.
- Completing administrative tasks with precision, including tracking work tasks, product orders, maintenance requests, and logging activities.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on inventory accuracy and organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Consistent punctuality and reliability.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Proficient in building relationships.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or merchandising.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Demonstrated excellence in inventory management and effective leadership.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Capability to lift 25-50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a warehouse setting with exposure to machinery and physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must meet the legal age requirement to rent a vehicle in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
