About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Bill Navigator to join our team. As a Medical Bill Navigator, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate the billing process and resolve outstanding balances. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
