Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist for Healthcare Reimbursement to join our team in Lexington, SC.

This role is responsible for managing and submitting claims for various pay sources and locations.

  • Coordinates the submission of claims to ensure timely payment.
  • Tracks and resolves reasons for unpaid claims through re-billing and appeals.
  • Maintains accurate records and updates spreadsheets as necessary.
  • Collaborates with locations to resolve billing-related issues.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare reimbursement or medical office billing/collection is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
